EXTREME VELOCITY MARTIAL ARTS SUMMER  CAMP

ATTENTION: SUMMER IS ALMOST HERE AND SPACE IS LIMITED!!

The team at Extreme Velocity Martial Arts of Boca Raton are very excited about this year’s summer camp and are working very hard to make our camp the best one yet!  Our camp is designed to provide an option for parents to keep kids active and healthy all summer long.  The day will include a martial arts class promoting self defense while developing confidence, self empowerment and positive character qualities.  Our daily activities also include fitness activities, organized games, arts/crafts, and excursions including bowling, ice/roller skating, movies, WOW Factory, water parks and trips to various local parks.  

Drop off 7:30 - 9:30 am:

 

Dynamic Warm Up & Stretch 9:00 a.m.:  We get campers ready for the day with a dynamic warm up and stretch to music to get everyone energized.

Martial Arts Class 9:30 a.m.:   Every camper may take a martial arts class. Our classes provide a positive enthusiastic environment where campers focus on character development while learning self defense and staying active and healthy. Full uniform must be worn to participate in class.

Fitness Games & Activities:  Activities designed for fitness and fun while campers get to know each other.  Emphasis is placed on developing social skills, good sportsmanship, and team building exercises while exercising and staying healthy and active. 

 

Snack Time 10:45a.m. :   Time for a healthy snack provided by parents & guardians...please pack plenty of snacks and water.  

 

Excursions & Parks  11:15 a.m. :  As mentioned above something local and fun;  bowling, WOW Factory, science centers, water parks, mini golf, movies,  ice/roller skating and trips to various parks.   Excursions will take place on Tues. and Thurs. and park visits will take place on Mon., Wed. and Fri.

Lunch  12:00 p.m.: You provide lunch, snacks & plenty of water. Please pack items that DO NOT require heating or refrigeration.

Organized Games, Arts/Crafts:     3:00 - 6:30 p.m.:   Fun filled activities featuring a variety of arts and crafts so the campers may explore their creativity.  Organized games designed to develop social skills, good sportsmanship, and team building exercises.  

     

Pick – Up:  4:30  -  6:30 p.m.:   Please no Later. Additional fees will apply after 6:30p.m.
